With over a decade of experience supporting more than 150 veterinary clinics across Australia and New Zealand, I’ve seen first-hand what makes a practice thrive — and what holds one back.

Having worked across both privately owned clinics and large corporate networks, I combine strategic insight with hands-on operational expertise to deliver practical, measurable outcomes.

My consulting services give clinics access to executive-level support across all areas of operations — including financial planning, KPI tracking, HR strategy, and workflow optimisation. I specialise in HR platform implementation (such as Employment Hero), the development of comprehensive policy and compliance libraries, and the creation of mentally healthy, psychologically safe workplace frameworks that enhance engagement and retention.

I also focus on the implementation of AI and IT advancements — from online payment and consent systems to AI-powered note-taking and workflow tools — helping clinics streamline processes so teams can get back to doing what they do best: caring for animals and clients.

As a Business Manager leading a multi-site veterinary group, I oversaw workforce growth of over 70%, introduced structured CPD and incentive programs, established transparent remuneration frameworks, and implemented wellbeing and performance systems that strengthened culture and accountability.

Starting my career as a Veterinary Nurse and progressing through management, operations, and executive leadership, I understand clinic life from every perspective.
