The project spans feasibility studies, full business planning, and close collaboration with architects to design and deliver a custom-built functional space from the ground up.
Alongside the build, I'm leading recruitment for the new team, drafting employment contracts and workplace policies, and putting WHS foundations in place from day one. It's not just about creating a beautiful space — it's about bringing the right people together to build a strong, independent clinic set up to thrive from opening day.
