ezyVet Transformation & Pricing Rebuild
When this clinic came to me, ezyVet had been implemented years earlier, before the current owners' time, and not particularly well.
Reminders were clunky and misaligned, and a huge number of the platform's features sat completely underutilised, quietly costing the clinic time and revenue without anyone realising it.
I started with training, including how to use ezyVet's AI assist tools, and worked through reintegrating and properly setting up their online booking system.
From there, I completely rebuilt their reminders system from the ground up, designed specifically around how this clinic actually works day to day and their own clinical standards, rather than relying on a generic default setup.
The rebuild extended further: reworking their ezyVet site configuration, customising sections within clinical history to better suit their workflow, and completely overhauling their pricing, building new templates that reflected what they were actually delivering and charging for.
The result was immediate. The team became noticeably more confident using the system, stopped missing charges, and started billing correctly and consistently.
For this practice, this was a high impact, low cost project. The return on investment was almost instant, proof that sometimes the biggest gains come from fixing what's already there rather than starting over.
